We\u2019re looking for a\u00a0<strong>Customer Success Consultant<\/strong>\u00a0who\u2019s passionate about problem-solving, relationship-building, and making every customer experience a success story.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Foster long-term client relationships by understanding their goals, challenges, and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a strong understanding of our software solution and its functionalities.<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to enhance customer experience.<\/li>\n<li>Gather customer insights and share feedback to improve products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Support customers through training, troubleshooting, and product updates.<\/li>\n<li>Regular customer reviews to track progress and success metrics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree Information System\/Computer Science or equivalent experience in customer service, business, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the customer success field.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.<\/li>\n<li><strong>1-2 years of experience<\/strong>\u00a0with exposure to EDI\/Integration experience will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Program management experience with the ability to lead, track, and deliver multiple projects successfully is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and organizational abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.
