Employee B2BE Cyber Security Incident Update<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

B2BE is providing an update on a recent cybersecurity incident involving unauthorised access to certain internal systems.<\/p>

On 9 December 2025, we detected malware deployed by a malicious actor on one of our internal servers. We immediately activated our incident response protocols, isolated the affected systems, and prevented further unauthorised access.<\/p>

We engaged independent cybersecurity and legal experts to support our investigation and remediation efforts. We believe the incident has now been fully contained and stabilised, with no evidence of ongoing threat or further compromise. All affected systems are securely isolated and under continuous monitoring. To date, we have received no reports of misuse of the accessed data.<\/p>

B2BE has complied with all relevant obligations under the various data protection acts within each region, including notification to the relevant government authorities as required and we are cooperating fully with these authorities.<\/p>

While the risk of misuse is assessed as very low, we encourage our employees to remain vigilant against potential phishing attempts, scam calls, suspicious messages, or other fraudulent activity.<\/p>

As a precautionary measure, we recommend:<\/p><\/div><\/div>

  • Changing passwords for work email and systems and enabling two-factor authentication where possible.<\/span><\/li>
  • Avoiding clicking on links or opening attachments from unknown or suspicious sources.<\/span><\/li>
  • Not sharing personal information with unauthorised parties.<\/span><\/li>
  • If you notice any suspicious activity or have concerns, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and assist.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
