Joe is the Executive Chairman & CEO of B2BE. He founded the company in 1998 in Australia. Within a span of 2 decades, he has successfully grown the company into a global organization with offices in Asia, ANZ, Europe and Americas. Today, B2BE is the No. 1 market leader in Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours majoring in Computer Science from Monash University.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As the Chief Customer Success Officer, Daniel leads the customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies. With a strong focus on seamless adoption and value realization, he ensures customers maximize the benefits of B2BE\u2019s solutions.<\/p>

Since joining B2BE in 2012, Daniel has overseen numerous EDI implementation projects and spearheaded initiatives such as developing a warranty and credit portal for a major international power tool manufacturer. His expertise spans finance, operations, and supply chains, allowing him to drive customer success across diverse industries.<\/p>

Before B2BE, Daniel worked across New Zealand, Malaysia, Brazil, China, Indonesia, and Australia, gaining a global perspective on business operations. He began his career in finance before transitioning into operational roles in downstream timber processing.<\/p>

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Economics, majoring in Accounting and Computer Science, from Monash University in Melbourne. Outside of work, you\u2019ll likely find him on the golf course whenever possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

As Chief Revenue Officer, Joe leads B2BE\u2019s global growth strategy, with a focus on expanding into new markets and driving new business opportunities. He works closely with regional teams to ensure B2BE\u2019s solutions continue to evolve in line with customer needs and market demands.<\/p>

Joe originally joined B2BE in 2015 as General Manager in the UK where he worked directly with local Clients to deliver EDI and financial workflow projects. Since then he has assumed similar responsibilities in Europe and North America where he can still be found working with Clients and Prospects to transform financial and supply chain processes.<\/p>

With over 12 years\u2019 experience delivering document management, transactional processing and financial workflow solutions, Joe has a wealth of experience and passion for helping B2BE Clients deliver the business process transformation needed to stay streamlined and competitive.<\/p>

Joe is based in the UK and when not in the office can be found supporting his beloved Gloucester Rugby.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jeff has held many roles in his 25+ years in the IT industry which include; Software Development Manager, Technical Manager and Solution Architect.\u00a0 Most of his career has been spent working for IT solution providers specialising in providing SaaS based EDI and process automation solutions and systems.\u00a0<\/p>

Jeff joined B2BE in 2012 when B2BE acquired the leading EDI provider in New Zealand.\u00a0 In 2019 he was appointed as CTO and oversees the global solution development teams, as well as the internal and external systems & hosting teams.\u00a0 Jeff was a strong proponent in B2BE obtaining it\u2019s ISO 27001 certification, with a focus on information security and data privacy Jeff\u2019s experience in this area was invaluable.<\/p>

Jeff is based in Auckland, New Zealand and when not working is a keen motorsport fan and cheering on the All Blacks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Chee Yin, as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of B2BE, is responsible for overseeing project delivery and supporting B2BE\u2019s products and solutions.<\/p>

He initially joined B2BE as a Technical Manager and advanced through various roles within the organization, including General Manager of Shared Services, General Manager of Service Delivery, and Chief Information Officer. During his tenure from 2007 to 2017, he led and managed B2BE\u2019s IT infrastructure and multiple business functions, including shared service offices, the software development team, customer support, and consultancy.<\/p>

Before rejoining B2BE in 2021 as Chief Innovation Officer\u2014tasked with exploring business models in the Fintech space\u2014he served as Group Chief Information Officer for MNRB Group. In this role, he provided strategic vision and leadership in developing and implementing IT initiatives for the Group, which comprises leading wholesale providers of reinsurance, retakaful, and two takaful operators.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Gary joined B2BE in 2007 as a Finance Manager at the PJ office in Malaysia. In January 2025, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), overseeing the full spectrum of finance, administration, contract management, and compliance across B2BE Group\u2019s international operations. His key responsibilities include regulatory compliance, budgeting, cash flow management, financial planning, and strategic analysis.<\/p>

Gary played a pivotal role in the successful acquisitions of ECN Group in New Zealand and SPFI in the Netherlands, contributing to B2BE\u2019s global expansion.<\/p>

He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting, from Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne). After three years of professional experience in Malaysia, he earned memberships with CPA Australia and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).<\/p>

Before joining B2BE, Gary gained extensive financial expertise as an auditor at a Big Four firm and held roles as a Costing Executive, Accountant, and Finance Manager in various corporate sectors in Malaysia.
